TUTUB (HEAT TRANSFER OIL)
Product Overview
TUTUB™ Heat Transfer Oil is a premium, high-temperature mineral-based thermal fluid, specifically formulated for indirect heating systems operating at bulk
temperatures up to 320°C (600°F). Its highly refined base stocks combined with oxidation inhibitors offer excellent thermal stability, low vapor pressure, and
minimal carbon formation, ensuring long fluid life and efficient heat transfer in closed-loop systems.
Applications
TUTUB™ is recommended for:
Closed heat transfer systems in:
▪ Reactors, dryers, kilns, and presses.
▪ Molding machines, heat exchangers, autoclaves.
Systems requiring:
▪ Minimal pressure buildup
▪ Consistent heat delivery
▪ Low maintenance
Suitable for use in:
-Chemical processing
-Asphalt and bitumen heating
-Textile and plastic extrusion machinery
-Food processing (non-toxic grade available upon request)
Special Formulations on Request
For applications requiring continuous operating
temperatures above 320°C, such as 330°C
to 350°C, we can provide custom-engineered
synthetic heat transfer fluids upon request.
Such fluids conform to:–
ISO 12-6743 Class QH / QC
DIN 51522 (extended thermal class)
