Product Overview
TUKUL™ Cutting Oil is a high-performance, neat (straight) mineral-based metalworking oil, formulated with a blend of highly refined base oils and extreme pressure (EP)
additives, anti-wear agents, and lubricity enhancers. It is designed to reduce friction, cool cutting zones, and protect tools and machined surfaces in moderate to severe
cutting applications.
Applications
Recommended for use in:
Turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and reaming.
-Gear cutting, broaching, and deep hole boring.
-General-purpose machining on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Suitable for:
-Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys.
-Cast iron, brass, bronze.
Available in light, medium, and heavy duty grades depending on severity of operation.

LAGASH™ Quenching Oil is a premium-quality, mineral-based heat treatment fluid designed for the controlled and uniform quenching of steel components in industrial
hardening applications. Formulated with highly refined base oils and oxidation inhibitors, it provides excellent thermal stability, consistent cooling rates, and clean surface
finish. It minimizes distortion and cracking while offering extended service life in open or sealed quench tanks. Available in different quenching speeds:
-LAGASH Q-Fast (accelerated cooling)
-GASH Q-Regular (medium speed)
-LAGASH Q-Slow (for alloy steels or complex geometries)

-General-purpose steel quenching
– Open and sealed quench furnaces
-Batch-type or continuous heat treatment lines
