Over the years, Phoenix has helped lay the foundations for the motor oil industry in Iraq and Kurdistan through a combination of expertise, partnership, and belief in our national capabilities. Our first steps began in Erbil in 2021, drawing on decades of experience in trade, manufacturing, and distribution. From the beginning, we built a regional network of partnerships with certified base oil suppliers from Iran, Azerbaijan, and Turkmenistan, and localized chemical expertise within our local facilities — making Phoenix one of the pioneering brands to produce high quality oils by Iraqi hands.

We believe Iraq and Kurdistan are not just consumer markets but fertile grounds for industrial production, with abundant natural resources, refineries, and human capital.
