Base Oil Group I
Base Oil Group I base oils are high-quality mineral stocks produced by leading refineries—Esfahan, Pars, and Iranol—using proven solvent refining and dewaxing processes. They provide stable production quality and a well-balanced performance profile, making them suitable for a wide range of automotive and industrial lubricant formulations. Available grades include SN 150, SN 500, SN 600, and Bright Stock (BS 150), with a viscosity index of 95–105 and flash points ranging from 200°C to 275°C.
Base Oil Group II
Base Oil Group II base oils are produced using advanced hydrocracking processes, resulting in higher purity and significantly lower sulfur content (≤ 0.03%) compared to Group I oils. They offer excellent thermal stability and oxidation resistance, making them well suited for modern engine oils and hydraulic fluid applications. Available grades include N150, N350, and N500, with a clear and bright appearance that reflects their refined quality and performance consistency.
Base Oil Group III
Base Oil Group III base oils are ultra-high-purity base stocks produced through advanced hydro-isomerization processes. With a viscosity index above 120 and very low volatility, they are the preferred choice for formulating high-performance synthetic and semi-synthetic lubricants. Available grades include 4 cSt, 6 cSt, and 8 cSt, offering a viscosity index range of 120–135 and Noack volatility between 8–14%, ensuring excellent efficiency, stability, and performance under demanding conditions.
